Here comes the sun...

This morning Steph called me for a spontaneous playtime over at their place. Here are some pics from our time there - lots of rock digging, piano playing, aligator feeding (a money bank), riding, and running. It is always good to spend time with these dear friends and the great weather was truly icing on the cake.

We had a really good weekend, too. Mauria's baby shower was Saturday afternoon and Bethany did a really beautiful job planning/organizing it. The Paulson's also offered to watch our boys so Kevin and I could go out on Saturday, which we accepted! With sickness and busy-ness, it had been too long! We went to Gubanc's for an early dinner and then to a Starbucks to soak up all the good childless talk time we could over a mocha (me) and a cider (him). :) We look forward to returning the favor soon!
Julia, learning about not running into the culdesac. You can click on this pic to see Julia better - her expression was so sweet - like she's really on a mission. She is such a doll and it has been fun to watch her and Callum starting to play together more and more as the 4-month age difference gets smaller and smaller.
Callum learns to "gently" play the piano. I better go check on the boys - they are full of mischief these days. Especially Callum. Earlier I was cleaning up from snack and didn't notice that he had removed one of his socks and was filling it with fruit salad.
