Saying Nigh-Night to Jesus

Tonight as Cade was going to bed, after we prayed he said "Nigh-night Mommy, Nigh-night God, Nigh-night Jesus...Mommy, Jesus and God are going nigh-night too?" It was so precious. Lately Cade's been noticing everything and telling me "God made (whatever it is) for us."

We had a good day. This morning Cade had a lot of fun with Uncle Daniel, Samuel, and Elijah washing, sorting, and juicing TONS of carrots and making "sculptures" with the pulp, while we moms talked in the living room with our coffee/tea and bran muffins. Here is a picture of Jude, Johanna, Isaac, & Callum. (Poor Callum, I woke him up to take the picture - normally, I would NEVER wake a sleeping baby, but since the other babies were awake & it's very rare that so many would be alert at the same time, Callum sort of had to 'take one for the team.') For those wondering/feeling sorry for him, he did fine and fell asleep right after the photo shoot. At the end of the day I ordered a pizza from Bellagio's in Wilsonville, and Kevin met us at Memorial Park for a dinner picnic, along with Michelle (with her 5th day as a real-live dentist behind her) and Abigail. Michelle and I went on the teeter-totter, climbed to the top of the 'spider-web' (Kevin did this too), slid down the big slide (and this), and climbed the little rock wall (it didn't take long being that it was child-sized). Oh, and Cade had some fun too (haha) mostly in the sand and playing with Abigail. Basically we all acted like kids, got some exercise, and had fun.
